Who We Are

We are a volunteer-run group based in Halesworth strongly supported by Halesworth Town Council and East Suffolk Council.

With the significant help of local people and businesses we aim to improve the environmental quality of Halesworth and the surrounding area.

Our Goals

• Improve the unique beauty of Halesworth
• Encourage local community horticulture projects that help improve the area
• Support biodiversity and protect our precious resources of water and peat
• Increase community participation
• Bring more people into Halesworth to enjoy both the amenities and the services

As a group we encourage everyone, and especially young people, to celebrate and participate in our horticultural heritage.
